Overview

Tunisia after the 2014 constitution was a quietly ambitious place — and the Women, Peace and Security agenda was one of the spaces where civil society and government were genuinely trying to talk to each other.

As a UN/DESA fellow seconded to UN Women Tunisia, I designed and ran a call for proposals open to Tunisian CSOs working on WPS, and facilitated a three-day multi-stakeholder workshop that seeded the country's first National Action Plan on the agenda.
